1.2    Special Statement Report KB

1.2.1 This report is to be issued whether for initial survey, renewal survey or additional survey. The plan approval unit of crew accommodation equipment; implementation of comments; and details of relevant exemption, relaxation and replacement to the satisfaction of the Administration are to be stated in this report after initial survey.

1.2.2  For renewal survey, any change of crew accommodation is to be stated in this report.

1.2.3  For additional survey, the specific items applied by the applicant; the extent, method and results of examination by the Surveyor are to be stated in this report. The details of exemption, relaxation or replacement to the satisfaction of the Administration, if any, are also to be stated in this report.

1.2.4  Whether for initial survey, renewal survey or additional survey, when the issuance of Certificate of Inspection of Crew Accommodation is not made compulsory by the Administration for the time being, the conclusive comments such as “The crew accommodation equipment of this ship complies with the requirements of relevant provisions of currently effective Technical Regulation for Statutory Survey of Sea-going Ships Engaged on Domestic Voyages promulgated by Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China” are to be stated in this report.
